"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.

Yeah, I saw when I got on real briefly a few days back. XD I don't really get on there anymore, but I should probably change that... (My biggest gripe was just that I had a MILLION windows open whenever people got talking to me, but I found something that should let me tab windows, so.)
